At the heart of our coliving concept it’s been around in other countries for centuries and new in the USA lies the idea of shared resources, not just physical space but also knowledge, experiences, and networks. By fostering a collaborative environment, we enable our residents to leverage each other's strengths, support one another through challenges, and celebrate each other's successes.

HOW IT WORKS
We charge a fixed monthly fee of $75 for utilities that cover utilities including water and electricity. If more is used, all tenants will need to pay their share of the extra costs.
We cannot guarantee all tenants will have a private bathroom. Over 95% of bedrooms come with a shared bathroom.
Yes, guests are allowed at Aerco Solutions Living (ASL). It is required that your guest sleep in your private bedroom (no more than 5 days per month)– guests are not allowed to sleep in the living quarters.
Here at Aerco Solutions Living most of our rooms are one month’s rent (and are nonrefundable) because it is a membership fee. We use that as the membership fee to get the included perks of bi-weekly cleaning, kitchenware included, appliances, in-use laundry, etc.

Yes, there is a one time membership fee of $800, we don’t require a deposit to lease our rooms but this is a nonrefundable membership fee.
The application process is easy and can be done online, or in person.
Once you’ve picked the home you like, chat with someone on our sales team to schedule a virtual or in-person visit.
After the visit, we ask you to provide us with some paperwork, so we can prepare the rental contract. If everything is ready, you sign your rental contract online and start packing your bags to move in at the date we agreed upon – simple as that!
No, if you need a room urgently we can move as fast however it takes about 3-5 days for background check and go over the house rules, if there is a room available. The steps to take are simple and fast.
If you provide our team with all the necessary documents (ID, signed contracts, bank account details, proof of sufficient capital) and can show us that you will be a right fit, then it is a go.
We will have to go through the whole process like we did you, for your room to be transferred. It must be transferred to the right person.. Upon Management discretion but no guarantees.
Management will review each instance on a case-by-case basis. All transfers come with a
$600 buyout fee.
As a member, your rent includes community events, on-demand maintenance through scanning the personalized QR code in the property, access to discounts at local collaborations, keyless entry at some of our buildings, Smart TVs, on-site laundry and more.
Our coliving members also enjoy bi-weekly cleanings of shared spaces (including the bathrooms!), WiFi, household essentials like cookware and cleaning supplies, and beautiful private rooms..
You can either choose from a 6 month lease or a 12 month lease. Generally. 6 months leases a bit more than 12 month leases.
Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, they’re not allowed in our homes.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any homes that allow children for safety purposes.
The cleaning service is bi-weekly. The cleaning service will only clean common areas in the apartment. Our cleaning team is dedicated, and together with your cooperation they can provide a clean and comfortable living environment for you (and your house mates).
We encourage you to bring your own furniture because we can rent you a bed and dresser for an extra $150 a month. (It is only a rental)
We provide a virtual or in-person tour. It’s really easy, tell your property manager which you prefer.
We offer seniors a room and supportive community. The senior must be highly functioning and can do for themselves. Cook, clean and physically able to move around without any help. We provide safe, clean and affordable housing.
